No one can defeat Hrithik Roshan in January - here's why!

Hrithik Roshan will be back as the loverboy we so adore. Yes, he plays a blind man in Kaabil which releases on January 25. It will be one of the biggest films of 2017. The trailer has already got us very excited. And we can tell you that when it comes to January, HR has a 100 percent success ratio. He hasn't gone wrong with it. Why we say so? The actor had just two releases on this month previously and both have been blockbusters. 

It began from the beginning. Hrithik's first film Kaho Naa...Pyaar Hai released on January 14, 2000 and we know what happened next. The film was the highest grossing film of that year. Hrithik scooped up both the Best Debut and Best Actor awards that year. He was a craze, a phenomena who is still unmatchable. Bollywood is yet to see a frenzy of such nature after him. He was just PERFECT. Exceptionally good looking, sweet, innocent and someone who dances like a dream. Bollywood hadn't seen anyone who could move like that before. He even had the perfect physique. Resultant? It was a blockbuster even before its release. 

Many years later, in 2012, Hrithik saw another January release in Agneepath. The remake of Amitabh Bachchan's award winning film had everyone talking. Hrithik, who is known to give 100 percent to all his filma, went out of his way to make sure that his role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan is perfect. After all, he had large shoes to fill what with Bachchan picking up a National Award for the same character for the 1990 film. But it's HR. He was simply brilliant in the role. And the best part about his portrayal was he never ever tried to emulate Bachchan. He just brought his identity and acting skills to the film. As you all know, the film was the first 100 crore film of that year. 

Next year, Kaabil will release on January 25 which has blockbuster written all over it. It's a complete package and everything we love Hrithik for. He will romance, he will dance, he will fight and he will make us choke with emotions...and all that when he is playing a blind guy. We doubt there's anyone in the industry who's managed to achieve so much in one film! Hence, we are dying to see January begin!
